  • Aug 2014 - Feb 2016
    Chalmers University of Technology
Master of Science in Systems, Control and Mechatronics

In Chalmers I obtained my knowledge in control theory including PID, Kalman filter and Linear Quadratic Gaussian Control, LQGR. In other courses I also gained further knowledge within embedded systems. During my Masters thesis I developed a nonlinear mechatronic cube which was able to jump up from the surface to one of its edges and balance. Further information about this project, please check my portfolio.

  • Aug 2013 - June 2014
    City University of Hong Kong
Exchange Year in Electronic Engineering Department

I began my first master year as an exchange student in Hong Kong. I studied courses such as image processing, android application, computer graphics, and embedded systems. These studies have equipped me with good knowledge in C, C++, Java, Linux, MATLAB and HTML.

  • Aug 2010 - June 2013
    Chalmers University of Technology
Bachelor's degree in Automation and Mechatronics (B.Sc.)

I am knowledgeable in construction, programming (Assembly, C, Java), robot programming, PLC, CATIA v5 and some electronic knowledge.

  • Aug 2009- June 2010
    Air Defense Regiment
    Military Service

Profiled as a system engineer, where I was in charge of the telecommunication and repairing the equipment if something went wrong.

  • Oct 2018 - present
    Embedded software engineer
    VOLVO, Controls System Volvo GTT

I have been working with software development for an embedded platform in an electronic control unit, used for engine and gearbox control. The work has comprised design & development of board support package, I/O drivers and hardware software interface layer. It has also meant understanding of PCB schematics and digital- and analog electronics. The majority of the development have been done in real-time embedded C, assembler but I have also been involved in the development environment itself, such as make, python-script e t c.

  • July 2017 - Sep 2018
    Build support DevOps
    Ericsson AB

    The assignment main focus was to maintain and further develop Ericssons continuous integration system. The main focus where;

    • Improvements to the software building system, Kp5, which was a wrapper to Make.

    • Further improved Jenkins Jobs, in order to maximize workload and space on 40 different virtual machines. Where build, test and automatic deliveries were executed on.

    • Improved FYC, follow your commit, which was an Ericsson developed tool where each user could follow their code change from push to end delivery.

    • Enhanced the visualization dashboards that showed the performance of the system, with help of Tableau and Insight.

  • May 2016 - June 2017
    Test Leder & Functional Developer
    Volvo Cars Corporation

An assignment at NGCC, Next Generation Climate Controll, section of Volvo Cars Corporation. Developing and testing the software and hardware that controls the climate in all cars developed by Volvo Cars.

I worked agile in a team where my main tasks were to handle, enhance and further develop automated test script for integration tests in a HIL rig, Hardware in the Loop. In order to keep the quality and development of the tests on a highly functional and effective level, test strategy documentation were written, reviewed and updated regularly.

From the middle of November, I started to assign tests related tasks to other group members and I started to work more as a Functional Developer. My duties were to update models in Matlab/Simulink according to given requirements and also write reviews on incoming requirement as well as updated models. Each model developed was unit tested in MxVDev.
